Have they tried to - or even succeeded - in decapitating someone since they thought they were a vampire?
Their diagnosis will be given to them by staff based on a combination of the information given in their history and what they present with. |

How To Fill Out Filling out a character's profile is super simple. In case there is any confusion however:
Patient/Staff #: Leave blank.
Name: First, Last and their middle initial. It's in ( ) in case they do not have a middle name.
Age: Please put this down in number form.
Height: How tall is their playby/face claim? Use that.
Playby Name: What actor/tress are you claiming for their face?
History: We'd like at least three paragraphs. Write what you feel is important.
Present with: What actions or incident is bringing them to Eichen House? Remember that no patient younger than 18 can be admitted, so whatever brought them here couldn't have happened prior to their 18th birthday.
OR
Why do you want to? What would they tell a potential employer about why they want to, or wanted to, work at Eichen House.
Remember how staff shifts work. They're 'on duty' and live in-facility for 6 months before having three months off followed by three months of training. Your character could have worked here for more than a year but make sure you're setting them up to be around and during their 'on' shift when you join. |
