Seclusion "We dislike having to put patients here but if staff deems it necessary to ensure both patient and staff safety then the seclusion rooms will be used. They are 4 by 6 areas with heavily padded walls designed to keep patients from harming themselves. Two patients are never supposed to be in seclusion together."
