PATIENT HISTORY
According to the patient, Claudia was born in poverty to a mother who was unable to take care of her. She lived in New Orleans with her mother, begging for food until her mother fell ill. It was then up to Claudia to take care of her, but exposure to the illness caught to Claudia as well. The evening her mother died, two men entered her run down home. One of them was very kind to her, but he bit her. The other one, however, dripped blood into her mouth. The blood made her different, changed her hair into think blond curls and kept her skin smooth and porcelain. The patient claims this turned her into a vampire.
The men who rescued her were named Louis and Lestat. While Louis acted like a father to her, Lestat was more like a monster, despite both men being supposed vampires. Claudia claims that she got everything she wanted from Louis, but Lestat wanted her to be a proper vampire. She was taught how to play the piano and speak French, but she was also taught how to kill. She claims to have killed many people and to enjoy doing it. She was constantly craving blood, saying it was sweet and satisfying. Everything was great until she realized she wouldn't grow up. Furious, she attempted to cut her hair in order to maintain some control over her body, but it instantly grew back. She was enraged, and realizing that it was Lestat who was behind her vampirism, she poisoned him using the corpses of two boys. According to the patient, dead bodies are venomous to vampires, and to feed off a human, it must be fresh. She attempted to kill Lestat, but he survived and returned. According to her, Louis killed him by burning down their house. It was then that she fled with Louis to France.
In France, the patient claims that she and Louis met a coven of vampires who wanted to kill her because she'd killed a fellow vampire. Louis, however, had fallen in love with another vampire from the coven. The vampires from the coven kidnapped the both of them in the night, but at this point, the patient's mind goes blank. She doesn't know how she came to America, only knows that her next memory was standing on top of a bridge, trying to jump off. The police got to her first, and took her to an orphanage, as she had no memory of her family, and couldn't say where Louis was. She stayed there until she attempted to eat her fellow orphans, and she went into the custody of the police. [REDACTED]
At Eichen House, Claudia has flourished, loving the body she'd grown into there. She maintains, however, that she is vampire and needs blood to survive. Being human does not suit her, and it's hard for her to abandon the old habits she had when living with Louis and Lestat.

PRESENTS WITH
Claudia is convinced that she is a vampire and that she cannot age, although she can not explain why she is now eighteen. Her emotions are erratic and can drastically change at the drop of a hat. At one second she can be sweet and charming, the next she can be screaming and throwing a tantrum. She is prone to violence, often attempting to attack people and eat them. Claudia is also a bit sadistic. At the sight of other patients in pain, she often smiles or laughs. She fears light and refuses a room with a window. Claudia claims to have killed many, by draining the blood, slitting throats, and by poisoning them.
