There are quite a few jobs that are needed to be filled at Eichen House! These are all the positions for the live-in staff; things such as building maintenance, cleaning, and cooking is handled by 'non-essential' staff that have regular 8-hour schedules.
For the moment there is no 'claim' list for staff positions, but if enough staff members are apped this can change.
- Orderlies. They monitor patients and check up on them during the night to make sure there are no issues. They also handle ensuring all patient safety and are trained in take-down procedures for violent patients.
- Psychiatrists. They range from running group and one-on-one therapy sessions to administering electroshock treatment and hydro-therapy. Psychiatrists and doctors are the two who decide if a patient is fit to be reintegrated into society.
- Nurses. They administer daily - or sometimes even hourly - medications and monitor patients closely for medication reactions. They also are on hand to give sedatives if needed.
- Doctors. If any operations are needed or any serious wounds needed to be treated then the doctors will be involved. They also oversee the electroshock and hydrotherapy.
